International Orders
We do not ship internationally. At this time, we ONLY ship to the Continental US.

Shipping Time Frame:  Most orders are processed , picked, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If your order consists of more than 3 items it can take up to 4-5 business days to prepare and ship.

Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. All out of stock items will be placed on back order, you will be notified of this once your order has been shipped.

Accepted Payments:  You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server.  Much like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.  We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Return Policy

Return Policy:  We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LeathersOutWest.com.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the day the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping.  You must contact us before shipping any item back to us.

Damages We will exchange an item(s) if it is found to be damaged within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered. You will need to contact our customer service department and inform them of the problem found with the product.  All items will be inspected upon delivery to our warehouse.
